Technical Product Manager

THIRDEYE SYSTEMS is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our growing product team and lead the development of advanced multidisciplinary electro-optical systems in the defense industry.

This is a technical product role with real ownership over parts of the product lifecycle, covering the journey from problem definition to delivered product solutions. The role combines systems thinking, product decision-making, and hands-on execution and delivery in a complex and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive key parts of the product roadmap for electro-optical defense systems.

Translate customer needs, field feedback, and operational gaps into clear product requirements and specifications.

Work closely with R&D, engineering, operations, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Lead and participate in experiments, demonstrations, pilot projects, and customer deployments.

Prioritize product improvements based on operational value, technical feasibility, and business impact.

Own continuous product improvement and ensure alignment with market and field needs in a highly competitive defense environment.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in technical product roles, systems engineering, or relevant engineering positions.

Background in engineering, physics, systems engineering, electro-optics, or a related technical field.

Strong systems thinking and ability to balance the big picture with detailed execution.

Experience with complex multidisciplinary systems (hardware, software, optics, mechanics).

Ability to lead cross-functional processes and drive execution end-to-end.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers and operational users.

Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and desire to grow in a meaningful product role.

Advantages (not mandatory):

Experience in the defense industry or military technical background.

Experience working with international customers or in a global environment.
