DATA & BI Project Manager

Comblack is hiring a Data & BI Project Manager!

The role includes end-to-end leadership of a large-scale strategic national project focused on collecting, processing, and integrating complex data, including a GPS-based digital travel diary. The position involves defining requirements for the technological platform, building work plans and Gantt charts, specifying information systems, implementing data quality control mechanisms, and managing interfaces with internal units and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience managing IT and technology projects, with an emphasis on Data projects and complex data collection processes involving methodological interfaces

Hands-on experience working with cloud systems, distributed systems, and complex integration processes between different platforms

Proven ability to build work plans, manage tasks, define requirements, and support the specification of information systems and supporting applications

Experience managing complex work interfaces and working with external vendors, clients, or business stakeholders

Broad system-level perspective, leadership capabilities, and the ability to meet defined operational, budgetary, and technological goals

Significant advantage: experience managing cross-organizational technology projects, statistical surveys, development teams, or projects involving AI tools
