Deployment Strategist

We build agentic AI systems that analyze performance data, generate diverse playable and video ad concepts, deploy them to ad networks, and continuously learn from the results. Sett is looking for a Deployment Strategist to lead our most strategic partner engagements end-to-end - from discovery and POC scoping through deployment, delivery, adoption, retention, and expansion. We’re looking for someone with a builder mindset and a strong ownership mentality - someone who can create structure from ambiguity, drive execution without waiting for perfect conditions, and carry partner outcomes from strategy all the way to measurable impact

Requirements: Who is the ideal candidate? This role is ideal for someone with a strong ownership mindset, strong execution skills, and the ability to create clarity in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. Brings 2–5 years of experience in fast-growing B2B startups or consulting firms, delivery, customer-facing, or technical roles. Has a strong interest in technology and curiosity to understand how complex products work. Combines business acumen with strong problem-solving skills and can turn ambiguous challenges into clear action plans. Creates clarity for partners and internal teams, even when priorities or requirements are still evolving. Works effectively across technical and business stakeholders. Takes ownership, operates independently, and is willing to go the extra mile. Manages multiple priorities, timelines, and workstreams effectively. Thrives both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Nice to have: Mobile gaming industry experience. Hands on experience building and deploying AI applications
