Head of Retail Growth

A Tel Aviv–based Haute Couture Luxury fashion brand is seeking a highly driven, analytical, and relationship-oriented professional to lead the growth and performance of its international retail partner network.

This role combines strategic thinking, business analysis, and relationship management, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities for growth, strengthening partnerships, and translating insights into action.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and develop relationships with existing international clients and partners

* Build a deep understanding of different international markets, customer behaviors, and business needs

* Analyze business performance, identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

* Translate insights into strategic initiatives and actionable plans

* Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships

* Lead cross-functional communication and coordinate initiatives internally

* Drive projects from strategy through implementation and follow-up

* Maintain a high standard of communication and client experience across varying cultures and personalities

* Take initiative and independently lead new ideas and processes

Requirements

* Native-level English proficiency

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

* Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities

* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities

* Self-motivated with a proactive mindset

* Strong organizational and project management skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Interest in international markets, luxury retail, and customer experience

* Experience in luxury fashion, retail, or premium client management is an advantage
