NPI Engineer

Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors. We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025 .

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 3–5 years of experience as an NPI Engineer. Strong proficiency with CAD software, especially SolidWorks. Experience working with ECO processes and engineering documentation. Familiarity with PDM and ERP systems, preferably 3DEXPERIENCE and NetSuite. Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with technical writing and documentation. NIce to Have Experience in the manufacturing of multidisciplinary electromechanical products. Familiarity with additional CAD software tools. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Experience working in startup or small-company NPI environments. Hands-on experience building and implementing NPI processes.
