Data Engineer

Comblack is hiring an experienced Data Engineer!

The role includes end-to-end development of ETL/ELT solutions, building modern data architecture in BigQuery, including Silver and Gold layers, and developing ingestion processes from On-Premise systems to the Cloud. The position involves working with advanced orchestration tools, optimizing complex queries, and developing code in Python and Dataform within a stable and dynamic technological environment.

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of experience in Data Engineering development

Significant hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions in GCP

Strong proficiency in Python and writing complex SQL queries, including optimization in BigQuery

Experience with orchestration and workflow management tools such as Airflow or Cloud Composer

Familiarity with Git and CI/CD environments

Experience with data migration from Legacy systems, such as Mainframe or Oracle, to the Cloud — an advantage
