UX/UI Designer

Paragon is a fast-growing cyber company that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. It’s an innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv. We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with a passion for leading best-in-class and innovative products. In this role, you’ll leverage your passion for UX, solve complex challenges, design end-to-end user experiences and collaborate with different teams to create unique and intuitive features. You will play a crucial role in the design and development of our products, ensuring they are user-friendly, intuitive and visually appealing.

Requirements: 2+ years of demonstrated experience with end-to-end UX/UI design Demonstrable UX/UI skills with a strong portfolio which includes complex systems Mastery of Figma Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients Quick learner, with a strong sense of ownership, proactive and self-motivated team player Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest of details High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
