Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Co-Founder, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.
The Co-Founder will join the founding team and take an active role in building the company’s business growth, market strategy, partnerships, and fundraising activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s business strategy, go-to-market plans, and growth roadmap.
Lead business development, strategic partnerships, and sales activities across education, enterprise, and additional future markets.
Drive pilots, customer acquisition, revenue generation, and long-term commercial growth.
Support and lead fundraising efforts together with the founders, including Seed and future investment rounds.
Build strong relationships with investors, schools, enterprises, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders.
Support the company’s international expansion efforts, including market entry, partnerships, and negotiations in selected global markets.
Work closely with the product, technology, marketing, and operations teams to align customer needs, market feedback, and business opportunities.
Take an active, hands-on role in day-to-day execution, decision-making, and company building.
Investment & Equity
This is a true co-founder opportunity and is intended for someone who is ready to be deeply involved both strategically and financially.
In addition to salary and equity, this role requires a meaningful personal capital investment in the company. The expected investment capacity is in the range of several hundred thousand shekels, as part of joining the founding team and aligning long-term commitment with the company’s growth.
The company has already secured $700,000 as part of its initial development and growth preparation. We are now looking for a Co-Founder who understands the level of commitment required to help build, scale, and expand a serious technology company into local and international markets.
Equity ownership percentage will be determined based on the size of the investment, level of involvement, experience, strategic value, and overall contribution to the company.
Qualifications
Significant experience in the high-tech ecosystem, preferably with a strong focus on startups.
Experience in founding, early-stage, or scale-up environments is a strong advantage.
Ability and willingness to make a meaningful personal capital investment in the company.
Market growth is a strong advantage. Strong Technical understanding, mainly in AI, SaaS , as well as multi-market growth is required
Experience with international business development, market entry, strategic partnerships, or global expansion is a strong advantage.
Proven track record in one or more of the following areas:
Business development and strategic partnerships
Sales and revenue growth
Fundraising and investor relations
Go-To-Market strategy
B2B, B2B2C, or SaaS business models
International partnerships and market expansion
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into a practical, executable business plan.
Leadership experience and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, marketing, and operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with customers, partners, investors, and internal teams.
High level of ownership, initiative, responsibility, and willingness to be deeply involved in the company’s daily execution.
A relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field is an advantage, but not mandatory if compensated by strong practical experience.
