A leading defense company in Arad, Israel is looking for a Production Engineer to join a cutting-edge technological environment and take part in complex multidisciplinary projects.
🔧 Production Engineer | Arad, Israel
In this role, you will:
✔️ Take full technical ownership of products – from board level to final system
✔️ Provide technical support for production and recurring system issues
✔️ Write and update work instructions and technical drawings
✔️ Mentor and support technicians on the production line
✔️ Troubleshoot complex engineering failures
✔️ Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams
✔️ Lead engineering improvements to enhance product yield and performance
✔️ Travel between the factory and customer/other company sites when needed
🎯 Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in Production Engineering / Operational Engineering / Development environments
• Strong ability to read and understand electrical schematics
• Independent learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience working with multiple interfaces in dynamic environments
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills
