The Role
We are seeking an experienced and technically-minded Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of DAZN’s core social and engagement features.
You’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer-facing social capabilities, driving experiences that increase engagement, foster community, and deepen fan connection across our platform. This includes features such as personalisation layers, social interactions, gamification mechanics, and live interactive experiences.
Working at the intersection of UX, engineering, and platform architecture, you’ll ensure features are not only intuitive and engaging for users but also scalable, reusable, and operationally robust behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Drive Scalable User-Facing Features Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through to delivery and optimisation
Define and deliver engaging social experiences across web, mobile, and TV platforms
Partner closely with Design and UX teams to create intuitive and compelling fan experiences
Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure scalable, maintainable, and future-proof implementation
Drive continuous product improvement through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven iteration
Balance user needs, business priorities, and technical considerations to deliver high-impact features Architect for Reuse and Flexibility Work with Engineering teams to build scalable product components rather than one-off feature implementations
Define and evolve APIs, product schemas, configuration logic, and backend requirements supporting your features
Anticipate opportunities for reuse across multiple DAZN products, internal tools, and partner integrations
Ensure features are designed with long-term extensibility and operational flexibility in mind Collaborate Across Teams Act as a key connector between Product, UX, Client Engineering, Backend Engineering, Data, and Operations teams
Ensure features are observable, configurable, and reliable for global operational support
Champion platform-aware product thinking across the organisation
What You'll Bring:
What You’ll Bring 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within B2C consumer technology or social products
Proven experience delivering user-facing features requiring backend coordination and multi-platform delivery
Strong understanding of APIs, backend services, data structures, and infrastructure dependencies
Ability to translate UX concepts into clear product requirements and scalable engineering solutions
Systems-thinking mindset with experience designing products that scale across different contexts and platforms
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience working with agile product development methodologies
Familiarity with gamification concepts including personalisation, rewards, recognition, and engagement loops is advantageous
Experience within sports, streaming, media, or entertainment technology is highly desirable
Passion for sport and a strong understanding of fan behaviour and engagement patterns
