Professional Services Engineer (Student Position)

We’re looking for a motivated, technically oriented student to join our Customer Support and Professional Services team.

In this role, you will take part in leading product implementations and supporting new releases, working closely with cross-functional teams and customers.

What you’ll do:

Take ownership of product implementations end-to-end

Learn new products and features, and understand technical requirements

Build and execute implementation plans for customers

Support product deployments and limited releases

Act as a point of contact between Product, R&D, and Business teams

Work with data from multiple sources, analyze it, and extract insights

Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows

Develop proactive tools and processes to enhance product performance

Deliver training sessions and transfer technical knowledge internally

What we’re looking for:

Current undergraduate student (Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / Business or similar), with at least 2 years remaining

Strong system thinking and ability to understand complex environments

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership

Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Experience with databases and queries (SQL – advantage)

Familiarity with tools like Jira – advantage

Strong English skills

Nice to have:

Experience working with multidisciplinary systems/products

Background in technical projects / implementation / professional services

Leadership or responsibility roles (e.g., military, volunteering, youth movements)
