מחלקת החקירות ברשות ני"ע אמונה על שמירת שוק הון הוגן באמצעות ביצוע חקירות פליליות וברורים

מנהליים בעבירות והפרות המתבצעות בשוק ההון.

לצורך כך, פועלת המחלקה לאתר ולחשוף פעילות עבריינית בשוק ההון באמצעות שימוש בטכנולוגיות

מתקדמות ומקורות מגוונים, לרבות ניטור פעילות חריגה במסחר בבורסה. החקירות הפליליות של

המחלקה עוסקות בעבירות על דיני ניירות ערך, בעבירות על חוק העונשין ובעבירות על חוק איסור הלבנת

הון, ונערכות במסגרת המאבק למיגור הפשיעה הכלכלית בישראל.

המחלקה משתפת פעולה עם גופי אכיפה בישראל, כמו גם עם רשויות אכיפה במדינות אחרות.

תפקיד אנליסיט.ית מסחר כולל - ניתוח ועיבוד ממוחשב של נתוני Big Data, פיתוח וייזום אלגוריתמים

לאיתור חריגות במסחר, איסוף וניתוח ראיות ממקורות מידע שונים תוך שימוש במגוון כלים מודיעיניים

מתקדמים.

תיאור התפקיד

• ניטור פעילות המסחר בבורסה.

• ביצוע אנליזות לצורך איתור פעילות חריגה וחשודה במסחר.

• אפיון וייזום אלגוריתמים לאיתור חריגות במסחר.

• איסוף ראיות לצורך ביסוס חשדות לביצוע עבירות ניירות ערך באמצעות מסחר בבורסה.

• ניהול ותפעול מערכות BI.

כישורים נדרשים לתפקיד:

• חשיבה אנליטית חזקה עם יכולת לתרגם נתונים מורכבים לתובנות ניתנות לפעולה.

• שליטה מלאה באקסל תוך שימוש בפונקציות מורכבות.

• ניסיון בעבודה עם בסיסי נתונים גדולים ו-SQL.

• כושר ביטוי גבוה בכתב ובעל פה, אסרטיביות ובטחון עצמי.

• יכולת עבודה בצוות.

תנאי סף להגשת מועמדות

תואר ראשון - עדיפות לאחד מהתחומים הבאים: כלכלה, סטטיסטיקה, מתמטיקה, מדעי מחשב,

מערכות מידע, הנדסת תעשיה וניהול.

ניסיון בעבודה בשוק ההון במסחר בניירות ערך ומכשירים פיננסיים מורכבים ו/או ניסיון בניתוח נתוני

BI.

כישורים נוספים המעניקים יתרון

ניסיון בניתוח נתונים באמצעות שפות שונות, לרבות Python לניתוח נתונים, ויישומי אקסל מתקדמים

(VBA).

ניסיון בכלים להדמיה של נתונים כגון Tableau.

ניסיון במידול נתונים / אינטגרציית נתונים.

ניסיון בעבודה עם מודלי שפה לצורך תרגום צרכים עסקיים ויצירת פתרונות וכלי ניתוח.

ניסיון בשירותי בקרה בשוק ההון וניירות ערך (Middle Office).

ניסיון באפיון, באיתור וניתוח אירועים חריגים במסחר בשוק ההון, אנליזה וניתוח BIG DATA .

Trading Analyst for the Investigations Department at the Israel Securities Authority

The Investigations Department at the Israel Securities Authority is hiring a Trading Analyst to join the Trading Surveillance Team within the Intelligence Unit.

The role includes monitoring trading activity on the stock exchange, identifying unusual and suspicious patterns, analyzing large-scale datasets, developing and initiating algorithms for anomaly detection, collecting and analyzing evidence, and working with BI systems and advanced analytical tools.

This is an opportunity to join a high-impact public-sector role at the intersection of capital markets, data, investigations, and financial enforcement.

What you’ll do:

Monitor trading activity on the stock exchange

Perform analyses to detect unusual and suspicious trading patterns

Design and initiate algorithms for identifying trading anomalies

Collect and analyze evidence to support suspicions of securities-law violations

Work with large databases and BI systems

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree-advantage for Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering and Management

Experience in capital markets, securities trading, complex financial instruments, and/or BI data analysis

Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions

Experience working with SQL and large databases

Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Assertiveness, confidence, and strong teamwork abilities

Advantages:

Experience with data analysis using Python

Advanced Excel skills, including VBA

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau

Experience in data modeling or data integration

Experience using language models to translate business needs into analytical tools and solutions

Experience in capital-market or securities-control functions, including Middle Office

Experience identifying and analyzing unusual trading activity, financial-market anomalies, and Big Data
