Senior Buyer

Maytronics is seeking a Senior Buyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and extensive experience in procurement, helping to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across our supply chain. Responsibilities: Develop and implement purchasing strategies. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships. Analyze market trends to forecast procurement needs. Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure material availability. Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing. Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing suppliers. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
