Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Manager based in Petah Tikva, with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the BIM Manager will oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, coordinate across disciplines such as architecture, structural engineering, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and ensure the accuracy and alignment of virtual designs. The role involves collaborating with project stakeholders, enhancing coordination, and resolving design conflicts to ensure streamlined project execution.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design tools

Experience in BIM Coordination and managing cross-disciplinary teams

Knowledge of Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to identify and resolve design challenges effectively

Proficiency in relevant software platforms (Revit, Navisworks, or similar) is highly desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse teams

Familiarity with construction workflows and processes is a strong advantage
