Campaign Manager / PPC Specialist - Digital Marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok)

About the Role

Newcom’s Digital Department is growing, and we are looking for an experienced PPC Campaign Manager to join our performance team.

In this role, you will manage large-scale paid campaigns across multiple platforms, optimize performance, analyze data, and collaborate with content and creative teams.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Partner with content, creative, and digital teams to execute campaigns end-to-end.

Monitor performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, CPL) and generate analytical reports.

Communicate with internal stakeholders and insurance agents.

Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) - required.

2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (PPC/Campaign Management).

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Project management abilities and multitasking skills.

Analytical thinking and the ability to extract insights from data.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Communication - advantage.

Experience in the insurance industry - a significant advantage.
