We are looking for a talented System Engineer to join an innovative engineering team focused on transforming proof-of-concept solutions into mass-production-ready systems.This role combines software development, instrumentation, data collection support, and algorithm optimization in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

Support data collection activities, including DOEs, station bring-up, GRR, and initial data processing

Develop and improve MP-friendly instrumentation and processes

Convert POC algorithms into reusable, MP-ready code for on-device deployment and turnaround time reduction

Support calibration and testing activities for small-quantity prototypes

Participate in on-site bring-up and design of instrumentation POCs and DOEs

Deliver high-quality software and algorithms from early-stage development to production-ready solutions

Implement software quality initiatives and software best practices across projects

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in Python development and scripting

Solid understanding of software development best practices

Experience with version control systems

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Experience with data collection support and first-stage data processing – Advantage
