We are a small and well-established IT company providing IT services to startup companies in Israel and abroad.
Our team supports day-to-day IT operations for multiple clients, including end-user support, cloud services, identity management and office infrastructure.
We are looking for a reliable, service-oriented and hands-on IT Support Specialist to join our team long-term.
About the role
This is a client-facing support role combining onsite and remote work.
The position includes regular onsite presence at different client offices during the week, helping employees with daily IT issues, onboarding, workstation setup, troubleshooting and operational support.
The role requires strong communication skills, responsiveness, good judgment and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
What you will do
- Provide day-to-day IT support via Helpdesk, remote sessions and onsite visits
- Support Windows and MacOS environments
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta, JumpCloud and related cloud platforms
- Manage user accounts, permissions and workstations
- Handle onboarding/offboarding tasks
- Troubleshoot networking, VPN and endpoint issues
- Escalate complex issues when needed and follow through until resolution
- Build positive working relationships with client employees
What we are looking for
- 2-4 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Experience supporting Windows and MacOS environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with platforms such as Okta, JumpCloud, AzureAD or Intune
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills
- Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and stay calm under pressure
- Responsible, reliable and proactive approach
- Comfortable working onsite at different client locations during the week
- Intermediate+ English
