Requirements: Technical background in Operations, CRM, Technical Support, Configuration, Technical Project Management, or a similar role. Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual, with the ability to operate and learn multiple applications simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets. Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment. High work ethic, demonstrating readiness to go the extra mile to achieve desired results. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in spoken and written English - mandatory. BA or B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant Engineering fields – advantage.
