TerminalX is Looking for a Junior Product Manager

Location: Ramat Gan / Bnei Brak

Work Model: 4 days in-office | 1 day remote

We are looking for a driven, execution-oriented Junior Product Manager with a strong technical orientation, at least 1 year of experience in product management (or a similar role), and a strong sense of ownership.

This role is ideal for someone who understands E-commerce environments and is ready to step up, take responsibility, and independently drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced company.

Success in this role requires both strong product thinking and the ability to drive execution independently. We are looking for someone who can deeply understand a problem — and push it all the way to delivery.

You will report to the Head of Product and play a key role in delivering impactful features that directly affect business performance.

Responsibilities

Own and manage both frontend and backend product initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery, including integrations with third-party services and platforms.

Define and prioritize product specifications, including business rules, workflows, and use cases.

Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.

Work closely with R&D teams to define requirements and oversee product delivery. Communicate project status, challenges, and risks proactively to stakeholders.

Analyze product and business performance, identifying and implementing improvements as needed.

Requirements

1 year of experience in product management or a similar role (e.g., business analyst, product operations, QA, ecommerce operations).

Background in e-commerce, with hands-on experience in areas such as operations, marketing, customer experience, or similar.

An analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to conduct project validations. Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Looker, or similar

Ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems into clear, structured solutions — and drive them to execution.

Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to optimize processes, enhance research, and overall execution efficiency.

Highly independent but also a strong team player.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills in Hebrew & English – Must

Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work under pressure.

Advantages

Experience with Magento 2.

Background in Computer Science or a related field.
