On your day to day In this role, you'll lead a strong development team, balancing hands-on coding with technical leadership. You'll drive high-performance, maintainable web applications while defining architecture, scalability, and feature strategies. Beyond development, you'll oversee sprints, ensure code quality, and collaborate across teams to align business needs with engineering goals. We’re looking for a problem solver with a startup mindset—someone who thrives in challenges, manages priorities effectively, and leads by example.

Requirements: What Will Make You Stand Out? 6 Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Kafka, with a deep understanding of fullstack development Strong knowledge of React.js and modern frontend best practices Experience working with AWS services, designing scalable cloud-based solutions Experience with real-time data streaming, event-driven architectures, and messaging queues A problem-solving mindset, able to break down complex challenges into actionable solutions Ability to design and implement scalable, modular architectures for long-term maintainability Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure Bottom line?
