Technical Operations Manager

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We're looking for a motivated and talented Technical Operations Manager to join our team. As a Technical Operations Manager you will work closely with our Product and Monetization teams to ensure the smooth running of all the events, promotions, marketing events and live A/B tests. You will be in charge of all related technical aspects to enable Events & Promotions both inside and outside the game.

Requirements: 2+ years in a technical operations, live ops, or production management role First degree in Industrial engineering or similar Ability to manage tasks efficiently across multiple platforms (Jira, Monday.com, or equivalents) Self-driven and proactive, with a strong ability to identify and fix issues independently Capable of writing clear, complete, and actionable process guides and documentation Passionate about AI tools and workflow automation Advantages: Experience with live game operations (events, A/B testing, publishing pipelines) Hands-on experience with AI workflow tools (Claude, Cowork, GPT-based tools, or similar) Familiarity with configuration-based systems Experience writing or improving operational SOPs
