Engineering Manager - Brand Advertising

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join ManiFesto, our brand advertising unit. ManiFesto delivers cutting-edge performance-focused media solutions for leading global brands, while shaping the future of media-buying technology.

Lead all R&D aspects and scope in one of our most strategic products.

Your Impact and Mission:

Impact: Drive ManiFesto’s R&D overall progress and success.

Own: Lead and mentor the engineering team with full autonomy and ownership over people-related aspects.

Build: Build trust and effective workflows with stakeholders while proactively addressing gaps in data and logic.

Deliver: Define and own the R&D roadmap from vision to execution, ensuring high-speed delivery of scalable features that meet ManiFesto’s evolving business needs.

Collaborate: Collaborate closely with operative and business stakeholders to align R&D with business goals.

Your Experience, Mindset, and Skills:

Significant experience managing +5 engineers while staying hands on, close to tech and coding.

Deep expertise in Java, React/Angular, and large-scale, real-time systems.

Proven track record of leading or working closely with Data teams to move ML/DL models into production.

Production-level experience with agentic coding tools, MCPs, AI adoption and governance processes.

Lead the roadmap and deliver even with zero documentation, building your own vision on top of existing infrastructures.

Work closely with operative stakeholders to align R&D with business needs.

Proven track record of change management including AI initiatives, process building, and business to dev pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and passion to learn and share knowledge.

Highly effective and delivery oriented, thrive in a high-paced and multi-changes environment.

It can be a great plus if you have:

Experience in the online marketing / AdTech space

Experience with auction base systems (e.g. Programmatic marketing, trading, Investment)
