About the Role We are looking for a hands-on, service-oriented, and highly technical IT Specialist to join our growing IT team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys solving complex technical issues, and has deep experience managing modern SaaS-based IT infrastructures. You’ll play a key role in supporting employees globally, maintaining secure and scalable IT operations, and improving the overall employee technology experience. You will work closely with Operations, Security, Engineering and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding / off-boarding, endpoint management, identity management, automation, and day-to-day IT support across the company. About Your Day-to-Day Own employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning accounts, permissions, devices, and access policies Handle IT support requests and resolve technical issues quickly while maintaining a high level of employee experience Support and troubleshoot macOS and Windows environments across global teams Manage endpoint security, MDM policies, SSO integrations, MFA enforcement, and access controls Manage and maintain modern identity and device management platforms such as JumpCloud, Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, and related tools Maintain SaaS applications, licenses, permissions, and integrations Partner closely with Security teams on compliance, hardening, access reviews, and security initiatives Assist with office IT operations, including networking, meeting rooms, company events hardware procurement, and asset management Drive automation and process improvements across IT operations Document internal IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures Support global employees across multiple time zones when needed
