PwC Israel is looking for an entry-level professional with a strong technical orientation to join our HRIS team. In this role, you will focus on implementing digital solutions, automating processes, and optimizing HR operations.

Digitize and automate HR processes

Research, test, and implement new digital tools and technologies

Bridge the gap between HR needs and technical solutions

Learn and adapt to new systems and tools based on changing project needs

Requirements:

Strong technical orientation and the ability to self-teach new tools and concepts quickly

A "can-do" approach with strong problem-solving skills

A flexible mindset and the ability to adapt seamlessly to diverse and changing tasks

Excellent English (written and verbal)

A degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management – Advantage

Knowledge of Python or SQL – Advantage
