Gat operates six manufacturing sites in Israel, Spain, and Peru and has recently expanded their service to more countries with high technology production lines of water-soluble fertilizers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager in our factory located in Kiryat Gat, Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance.

Lead and develop a team of employees to achieve operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Manage budgets, work plans, and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Operational Excellence).

Manage stock levels and availability of various raw materials.

Collaborate with company management, suppliers, and clients.

Requirements:

Relevant academic degree (Chemical Engineering / Materials Engineering / Industrial Engineering & Management or related field).

At least 5 years of proven managerial experience in an industrial/manufacturing plant (experience in fertilizers / chemicals / food / pharma – an advantage).

Experience in Agriculture companies - Advantage.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and team motivation skills.

High motivation and commitment to succeed in a challenging role.

Fluent in Hebrew and English. Spanish is an advantage.
