Development Team Lead (Full Stack Web)

We are looking for a strong and hands-on Tech Lead / Team Lead to lead a team of Full Stack developers responsible for building and evolving our digital platforms!

This is a key leadership role combining technical ownership, people management and delivery responsibility for high-traffic web platforms.

What You’ll Do

You will lead end-to-end development of digital products:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Full Stack developers in the digital domain

• Build and execute development roadmaps, project plans, timelines, and delivery tracking

• Perform code reviews and ensure high engineering standards and best practices

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Manage release cycles, production deployments, and ongoing maintenance of digital systems

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

• Work closely with cross-functional internal and external interfaces

• Drive adoption of modern development tools and engineering practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in digital/web environments

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (Tech Lead / Team Lead)

• Strong experience in Full Stack web development

• Experience in implementing modern development tools and engineering practices

• Strong technical leadership, communication, and execution skills
