We're Hiring Senior Project Development Manager – Energy Sector

We are looking for an experienced Project Development Manager to lead strategic and large-scale projects in the energy sector, combining economic, financial, engineering, and operational aspects.

⚡ Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of projects – from feasibility through development to full maturity

Overseeing the entire project development process

Performing comprehensive project analysis, including planning, contractual, financial, and budgeting aspects

Coordinating between technical, financial, regulatory teams and external suppliers

Managing project risks and leading quality assurance and control processes

Monitoring project timelines and ensuring alignment with business goals and milestones

Preparing and presenting regular reports to management in Israel and abroad

🎯 Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the energy sector – required

Relevant academic degree in Law, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field – required

Proven experience in managing complex, global projects – required

Background in energy companies – Solar, Wind, Gas, Electricity, or other Renewable Energy sectors – required

Excellent English – written and verbal communication

Willingness to travel to the United States
