Legal Counsel

We’re looking for a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging and impactful role in a growing fintech company.

What you’ll do

Provide ongoing legal advice and support across the company

Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial agreements and legal documents

Lead legal negotiations with clients, suppliers, and service providers

Advise on regulatory and commercial matters

What we’re looking for

Licensed attorney with 3–5 years of experience in commercial law

Excellent command of English, including drafting complex legal documents – a must

Strong business orientation and ability to prioritize effectively

Experience or familiarity with M&A, hi-tech, technology law and privacy

Background in a leading law firm Hi-Tech department – a plus

Exceptional drafting skills and high attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead negotiations

Independent, proactive, and a strong team player

High level of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism
