Project Manager – Residential Construction

A private real estate development and construction company specializing in urban renewal projects, land and asset management, and end-to-end project development and execution. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from the foundation and piling stages through final finishes and delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage residential construction projects throughout all execution phases

Plan and oversee project schedules and execution processes

Manage project budgets and cost control

Coordinate and synchronize all stakeholders involved in the project

Identify and manage project risks, escalations, and operational challenges

Build, lead, and motivate project teams

Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and consultants Requirements Civil Engineer / Practical Civil Engineer

Minimum 10 years of experience managing residential and/or office construction projects

Proven experience in high-rise residential construction

Strong leadership and project management capabilities
