Who we’re looking for  We are seeking an experienced, business-oriented General Counsel to lead and scale our legal function. This role is critical in enabling Gloat’s continued growth as a global company, supporting commercial execution, managing risk, and building frameworks that empower the business to move quickly and compliantly. The ideal candidate is pragmatic, solution-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where legal is a strategic partner - not a bottleneck.

Requirements: ● 7+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house experience (preferably in SaaS / tech) ● Proven experience as a General Counsel or senior legal leader in a high-growth company ● Deep expertise in commercial contracts, especially enterprise SaaS agreements ● Strong understanding of privacy, data protection, and emerging tech regulation 3 ● Experience supporting global operations and cross-border legal matters ● Hands-on experience with financing rounds, investor relations, and corporate governance ● Demonstrated ability to balance legal risk with business needs
