Assistant Controller

We're building the leading platform that turns real conversations into powerful video, podcasts, webinars, and whatever comes next. We’re looking for a full-time Assistant Controller to join our growing finance team in Tel Aviv. This role reports directly to the Controller and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and brings a strong hands-on approach to every task. Wake up for this: Take part in the day-to-day finance operations of the company. Play a key role in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Manage and support US payroll processes and employee-related finance operations. Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers. Analyze financial results and provide insights to management on a monthly basis. Support deal-related financial processes, including customer agreements, billing flows, and revenue-related operations. Build and improve financial processes that can scale with the company’s growth. Prepare reports, reconciliations, and ad-hoc analyses as needed. Ensure compliance with local and international reporting requirements. Be willing to roll up your sleeves and work hard in a demanding, high-performance environment. Take ownership of tasks end-to-end with strong attention to detail and accountability.

Requirements: CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm – preferably with hi-tech experience. Interest in leveraging AI tools and new technologies to improve financial processes, automation, and operational efficiency. Hands-on mentality with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Team player with excellent communication skills. Experience with ERP systems and finance automation tools – an advantage. Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile. High level of English – written and spoken.
