CRM Dynamics System Analyst

Systems Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (On-Prem & Online) We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our CRM division and take part in complex, large-scale Dynamics 365 projects within enterprise environments. Responsibilities: Analyze and design solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (On-Premises and Online) Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and system specification with business stakeholders Write functional and technical design documents Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle Support implementation processes in complex organizational environments

Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM Experience working with On-Premises and Online environments Strong business understanding and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Proven experience writing high-level design and specification documents Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and clients
