Requirements: Education: B.Sc in Civil Engineering or equivalent academic background Experience: 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure projects, surveying, GIS, or quality control roles Professional knowledge: Strong understanding of civil infrastructure, underground utilities and engineering documentation Familiarity with utility systems, Understanding of quality control methodologies and engineering validation processes Tools proficiency: Experience working with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS or QGIS Ability to review and analyze CAD drawings and civil plans Basic understanding of geospatial data formats and coordinate systems Experience with utility mapping or infrastructure projects is a strong plus Languages: High-level Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and presenting technical documents) Personal skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, independent work capability, and multitasking in a dynamic environment Advantages: Experience as a Utility Engineer or Utility Coordinator Familiarity with US or European engineering standards and regulations Experience working in cross-functional or global teams Familiar with ArcGIS,Civil3D and Revit
