Financial Controller – Public Company | Tel Aviv

We are a leading publicly traded company seeking Financial Controller to join our finance team in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS

·      Reporting to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) and regulatory authorities

·      Managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

·      Oversight of accounting operations, including GL, reconciliations, and controls

·      Working closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders

·      Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

·      Ensuring compliance with SOX / internal control requirements (if applicable)

Requirements:

·      CPA certification (Israeli CPA – required)

·      2+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a public company

·      Strong knowledge of IFRS and regulatory reporting

·      Experience working with external auditors

·      High-level Excel skills; ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Priority, Oracle – advantage)

·      Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines

·      Fluent English (written and spoken)
