Requirements: What You Bring to the Table 10+ years of experience in enterprise software design and administration / architecture 5–7 years of direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and MS Teams Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, Git, C#/.NET, SQL, and the Microsoft developer ecosystem Proficiency in administering CRM systems, managing business flows, security roles, and model-driven apps Availability to work primarily US hours (NY Time Zone) – capable of working in a largely asynchronous environment Experience with modern tooling including TypeScript, Liquid, Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, CI/CD test automation, telemetry, and monitoring Familiarity with DevOps, Agile, and SDLC best practices Experience in the banking/fintech domain, portal implementations, and data governance – A bonus Power BI, Visio, Excel, basic SQL, and relevant Microsoft certifications – A bonus
