Senior FP&A Analyst

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We are looking for a highly skilled, strategic, and detail-oriented FP&A professional to join our FP&A team. In this role, you will be partnering with the business to analyze key financial and operational drivers and support growth-focused decision-making. This role is highly cross-functional, owning core financial models, planning processes, and working closely with leaders across the company to turn strategy into execution.

Requirements: 5-10 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience in a high-growth environment. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to independently see complex issues through to resolution. Ability to approach problems in a structured manner and a passion for data-driven storytelling. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (high-level proficiency required). Ability to articulate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders and "non-finance" language. Ability to work independently and think critically in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and service mindset. A proactive team player with initiative and the flexibility to adapt to rapid changes. Advanced Excel and G-Suite knowledge. Advantage: Experience with NetSuite and Planning tools.
