We are looking for a highly creative Marketing & Content Creator to join our expanding Marketing department.
In this role, We expect you to manage the visual and narrative voice of ROVR’s local and global activities.
You will work directly with our massive network of curators and external creative suppliers to craft compelling, music-centric content that translates our "human-first" philosophy into engaging social experiences. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy: Create, produce, and edit high-quality original primarily for Instagram, while driving a significant new push to establish our presence on TikTok, Reddit, and Twitch.
Calendar Management: Maintain a highly precise construction and planning of the daily strategic calendar for each social media network.
Curator Collaboration: Work closely with our network of over 300 curators to generate authentic, localized content that highlights their expertise and musical selections.
Event Promotion: Lead the content creation and social media promotion for ROVR’s live events, physical productions, and product launches.
Supplier Management: Manage day-to-day work with external creative suppliers, including video editors, photographers, and freelance creators.
Team Alignment: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align social content with overall brand strategy and campaigns.
Who You Are (Requirements)
Musical Expertise: A profound and deep understanding of music (a background or strong interest in alternative/underground music is a major advantage).
Visual Taste: A highly developed aesthetic sense with a sharp eye for visual and creative details.
Language Skills: High-level English proficiency is mandatory (both written and spoken).
Proven Experience: Hands-on experience in marketing and content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities.
Platform Mastery: Expertise in social media platforms, specifically Instagram and TikTok, understanding their unique trends, formats, and algorithms.
Industry Background: Experience working with music labels, music magazines, or music festivals is highly preferred.
Core Mindset: A highly creative mindset coupled with the organizational skills to manage multiple projects and external suppliers simultaneously.
