We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Implementer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting system implementation, customizing the platform to meet company needs, and ensuring a seamless user experience for our internal teams. You will work closely with development and product management teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on system implementation support according to project milestones, including designing and building screens, fields, and custom workflows.

Handle ongoing maintenance and system installation to guarantee an optimal platform experience.

Onboard and train internal company stakeholders on how to effectively utilize the platform.

Customize and configure the product based on characterization documents (specifications) and internal client requests.

Collaborate regularly with developers and Product Management teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Requirements At least 2-3 year of experience as a Salesforce Implementer – Mandatory.

Proven experience in planning and implementing Salesforce solutions.

Experience in requirements gathering, outcome documentation, and designing process flowcharts/workflows.

Knowledge of writing APEX code – Advantage.

Hands-on experience with Form Titan – Advantage.

Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) – Advantage.

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or a related field – Advantage.
