Delivery & Technology Lead

A leading organization operating large-scale service, commerce, and digital platforms is looking for a Delivery & Technology Lead to drive its technology and delivery operations.

This is a key role combining end-to-end ownership of complex technology projects, vendor management, architectural decision-making, and hands-on involvement in a highly regulated and constraint-driven environment.

The position requires a strong blend of business understanding, technological depth, operational ownership, and the ability to lead processes across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the organization’s technology and digital operations

Manage complex end-to-end technology projects

Work closely with external development vendors and service providers

Drive technological and architectural decisions across existing and evolving systems

Manage priorities, budgets, and delivery processes

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across the organization

Lead solutions within strict information security and regulatory environments Requirements: Proven experience leading technology, delivery, or information systems operations

Strong technological background with solid architectural understanding

Experience working with .NET / .NET Core environments

Experience managing external vendors and development partners

Ability to operate effectively in complex, high-constraint environments

Hands-on approach combined with strong system-level thinking

Experience with WEB / Digital / E-commerce environments — advantage Location: Central Israel
