DevOps Engineer (CRM)

We are looking for an DevOps Engineer to help us build and support our sales CRM product used by our users on a massive scale. Building 0 to 1 features and infrastructures, designing a technical vision and supporting our hyper-growth. Requirements: Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineer • Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, systems, and production environments • Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release processes • Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS • Strong knowledge of Linux environments, scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code • Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging, and troubleshooting distributed systems in production • Understanding of networking, security, access control, and best practices for application and infrastructure protection • Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving, product-oriented environment • Strong communication skills, team mindset, and empathy • Passion for building infrastructure that helps teams move faster and supports products used by millions Advantages Experience supporting AI-native products or LLM-based systems Experience with Cloudflare, PostgreSQL, and modern web application infrastructure Familiarity with scalability, performance optimization, and cost management in cloud environments Experience in startup-like environments, rapid prototyping, or 0-to-1 product teams Experience building internal developer platforms or tooling that improves engineering productivity
