About the role:

Leading all recruitment processes – headquarters and field, end-to-end, with full ownership

Building and managing smart candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, social networks, and paid campaigns

Real partnership with managers – not just sending CVs, but advising, challenging, and refining profiles

Connecting between data and people – recruitment metrics, reports, and ongoing tracking that will help us work smarter

Leading the employee experience domain – company events, welfare initiatives, team-building activities, and holiday gifts

Requirements:

Proven independent recruitment experience and the ability to tell about successful hires

Experience in locating candidates that others do not find

Real connection to people alongside business thinking and ability to work with data

Ability to work independently, be organized, and manage multiple processes in parallel without losing details

Experience in retail / commerce – a significant advantage

Experience in leading employee experience / event production – a significant advantage
