Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Specialist

We are a leading financial services company looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 and Power Platform specialist to join our technology team and lead implementation, automation, and environment management processes in a complex financial environment.

Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business needs

Develop and deploy solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate

Manage Power Platform environments and plan maintenance for development, testing, and production environments

Perform integrations with external systems and collaborate closely with development teams and architects

Gather requirements and define solutions with clients and business users

Work with Data & AI teams to continuously improve organizational processes

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate

Experience managing Power Platform environments

Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions

Experience working with clients and business users

Soft Skills

Clear communicator — able to articulate ideas, technical concepts, and decisions clearly; Hebrew is sufficient for day-to-day collaboration

Strong team player — works well within a cross-functional team and supports colleagues

Takes initiative — proactively identifies problems and drives solutions without being asked

Nice to Have

Experience with Dataverse and integrations using REST APIs / Webhooks

Familiarity with Azure, Logic Apps, or Business Central

Experience with AI Builder, Copilot, or AI solutions

Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400)
