Lead Hardware & Firmware (Board Design) Engineer stepping into a high-visibility, autonomous role to head the physical product development lifecycle from initial concept to commercial deployment.
Taking comprehensive, end-to-end ownership of highly critical Power Electronics subsystems, handling everything from circuit modeling and multi-layer PCB design to embedded firmware implementation.

Balancing deep laboratory engineering with cross-functional support, partnering closely with production teams to lead manufacturing optimization and yield enhancement strategies.
