We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Satellite Imagery Annotation Specialist to join our Annotation team.

Responsibilities

Analyze images and aerial imagery using Google’s GIS and mapping systems

Work with various imagery sensors such as RGB and visual geographical data

Work closely with internal teams to understand their requirements for annotated data

Suggest methods for improving work efficiency

Requirements

Strong ability to analyze and interpret aerial imagery and visual data

Proven capability to distinguish and classify objects in images at the pixel level

Marking polygonal boundaries and performing pixel-level object annotation

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to perform repetitive work for long periods while preserving high quality output

Good interpersonal skills, and a team player

Ability to learn and absorb quickly

Ability to work independently within a growing team - Advantage

Hands-on experience with GIS softwares- Advantage

Experience with GIS and mapping systems- Advantage

Background as a graduate of IDF Unit 9900 (or equivalent geospatial / imagery analysis experience) - Advantage

Academic background or current studies in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Data, Engineering, or related fields
