    Partnership Manager

    Are you an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for building strong business relationships? Do you thrive in customer-facing roles and enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment?

    We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our team and play a key role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with leading global brands at Webselenese, one of Kape’s companies alongside ExpressVPN. Founded in 2013, Webselenese is a comparison platform that helps users evaluate a wide range of products across multiple industries — from B2C and gaming to financial services such as credit cards, loans, mortgages, and more. Our model is similar to companies like Wobi, Zap, Booking, and Natural Intelligence.

    On one side, we operate comparison websites across a variety of product categories, helping users make more informed purchasing decisions for online products and services. On the other side, we collaborate with partners, who are essentially our clients. Their products are featured on our websites, they receive traffic from us, and in return, we earn commissions.

    Today, from an organizational perspective, we are structured by industries. Each industry operates as an independent business unit, each with its own P&L, industry manager, and dedicated goals. These units operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.

    Each industry includes teams such as Product, PPC, and Business Development, while cross-functional departments provide support across all business units — including Development, Design, Content, BI, and more.

    Responsibilities

    Manage day-to-day relationships with global partners, including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing aspects (80%).

    Identify, pursue, and develop new long-term business opportunities and partnerships (20%).

    Negotiate commercial terms while leveraging analytical insights and performance data.

    Expand and strengthen existing partnerships by identifying new growth and revenue opportunities.

    Lead and monitor partnership strategies to ensure alignment with company goals and partner expectations.

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, PPC, BI, Content, and Finance to drive business success.

    Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

    Requirements

    Native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.

    3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Affiliate Management, Business Development, or Partnership Management.

    Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

    Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

    Strong analytical and commercial mindset.

    Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Globally oriented, with the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.

    Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach.

    Ability to think creatively and identify new business opportunities.

    At the moment, we do not sponsor visas in the EU. For Hong Kong, we require at least two years of working experience and a university degree in a related field. For Singapore and the UK, we can only sponsor visas for mid-career or above.
