Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Geographic Information System (GIS) Specialist and CAD expert ( AutocadMap) based in Modiin-Maccabim-Reut. The GIS Specialist will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining geospatial data, creating maps, and developing GIS-based reports to support urban planning and municipal services. The role will also involve performing spatial and data analyses to assist decision-making processes and coordinating with various departments to ensure the integration of GIS solutions into municipal projects.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and proficiency in working with geospatial data

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and process complex datasets

Experience in managing data and creating detailed maps

Proficiency in GIS software and related tools such as ArcGIS or QGIS

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geoinformatics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Experience in urban planning, municipal services, or related fields is an advantage

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
