Digital Health Stealth Startup- Product Manager

If you’re ready to lead, innovate, and grow - join us! The Role: We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to own key product areas end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone hands-on and US client-facing who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is eager to build and ship quickly with a high-impact team. We need someone smart and able to quickly master the Pharmacy world. In this role, you will research and turn the problem statements into flows, screens, and shipped functionality. This is a tactical build role: you’ll work directly with the management, engineers, and our advisory panel of clinical ops leaders to define system needs, run discovery, and produce production-ready specs and prototypes. What You’ll Do: Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, problem → design → spec. Map integrations, data flows, and define MVP scopes, dependencies, and acceptance criteria Define requirements, user stories, and priorities aligned with business goals Run structured customer/advisor research, synthesize insights, and prioritize a lean roadmap. Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and speed of execution Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product Play a key role in shaping the company’s product roadmap

Requirements: What We’re Looking For 3+ years of product management experience Experience in regulatory infrastructure and experience with health care systems - a big plus Strong track record of shipping and scaling customer-facing products Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats Excellent communication and decision-making skills Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams B2C or B2B2C experience Hands-on experience working directly with US clients and stakeholders A background in Health or Pharmacy (education or previous jobs) - a significant advantage Design, UI/UX, or Project Management skills are a plus Why Us: High ownership and real influence on the product Small, collaborative team with a strong bias for action Opportunity to build do-good products in the Health Tech and Pharmacy space
