About the role
We’re looking for a Social Media Optimizer - but not in the traditional sense.
This role is for a true social native: someone who lives the platforms, instinctively understands internet culture, knows why content works, and can spot shifts before they happen. Someone who understands that in today's world, creating content is not enough the real challenge is continuously optimizing, adapting, and scaling it.
You’ll be the professional authority on content and distribution: the person making sure our content reaches the right audiences, evolves based on data, and continuously improves through a combination of human judgment and technology.
We're not looking for a junior operator. We're looking for someone with a knife between their teeth someone who pushes forward, thrives under pressure, can manage multiple moving pieces at once, and elevates everyone around them.
What we're looking for
A true social media native. Someone who lives online, deeply understands internet culture, platform behavior, and how audiences consume content across X, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and emerging channels.
Strong technological orientation with a particular focus on AI agents and emerging content systems. Someone naturally drawn to new technologies, excited to experiment, test, and adopt tools before they become mainstream, and eager to continuously rethink how content operations should work in an AI-first world.
Tech curiosity and an early-adopter mindset. Someone who actively explores new AI tools, workflows, and agentic systems, quickly identifies practical opportunities, and enjoys turning experimentation into scalable processes.
Data-obsessed mentality. Someone who lives in the details, constantly measures performance, digs into numbers, identifies patterns, works fluently with analytics tools and performance dashboards, and relentlessly optimizes based on insights.
Content creator mindset. Someone who actively creates content and deeply understands what makes content compelling, adaptable, and high-performing.
Mentor DNA. Someone who can guide and continuously improve creators and content teams through constructive feedback, platform insights, and performance-driven iteration.
High ownership and strong execution capabilities. Able to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously and move from idea to execution at high speed.
International background preferred, ideally someone with strong familiarity with English-speaking markets and an instinctive understanding of Western audience psychology, tone, culture, and language. Bonus points for candidates who lived, studied, or grew up in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must.
Mission-driven mindset with a genuine connection to the digital frontline shaping truthful information surrounding the Jewish people and Israel.
Responsibilities
Own and optimize social media performance across X, TikTok, Meta, and emerging platforms.
Analyze performance data across channels and continuously improve content strategy based on measurable insights.
Work directly with creators to sharpen hooks, storytelling, messaging, and platform-specific execution.
Monitor algorithms, audience behavior, and emerging narratives in real time, adjusting content direction rapidly when needed.
Build and implement AI-driven systems, agents, and workflows in close collaboration with the organization’s technology team to increase the scale, efficiency, and effectiveness of content operations.
Continuously research, test, and integrate emerging AI technologies and workflows that can improve content creation, optimization, distribution, and team performance.
Create content directly when needed and contribute actively to the creative process.
Push for excellence across the team and continuously raise the quality bar.
