המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multidisciplinary domains in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The role includes full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle — from understanding hiring needs and building sourcing strategies, through candidate outreach, interviewing, and offer management, to onboarding support. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to attract top talent across a wide range of positions.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience recruiting for multidisciplinary roles such as Software, Hardware, Algorithms, Product, Operations, and corporate positions, along with strong stakeholder management and sourcing capabilities.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to hire
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams
Conduct advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and additional recruiting platforms
Perform phone and in-depth interviews
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for complex roles
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets
Collaborate with external vendors and recruitment partners when needed
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in technology and multidisciplinary recruitment
Proven experience recruiting for diverse technical and non-technical roles
Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
Experience conducting professional candidate assessments and interviews
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English – written and spoken
