Sourcing Specialist

At Mentee Robotics, we’re building the next generation of humanoid robots - combining AI, perception, reasoning, and dexterous manipulation into real-world autonomous systems.

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our growing recruiting team and help us attract top talent across software, AI, robotics, hardware, and engineering roles.

Responsibilities:

Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and additional creative sourcing channels.

Build strong talent pipelines for technical and non-technical positions

Conduct initial outreach and candidate screening conversations.

Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and sourcing processes in recruitment systems.

Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives across social media and professional communities

Help drive a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in talent sourcing / recruitment, preferably in a startup or high-tech environment.

Experience sourcing for technical roles such as Software, AI, Robotics, Hardware, Embedded, or related fields.

Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Creative, proactive, and highly organized mindset.

Fluent English and Hebrew.

Advantages:

Experience working with ATS systems such as Comeet.

Previous experience in robotics, deep-tech, or AI-driven companies.

Strong networking and headhunting abilities for niche technical domains.
